Thank you for choosing Zizi Nomi. Because we provide digital products and also offer print-on-demand paperbacks via external platforms, the terms below explain in which cases refunds or exchanges are possible, and how we handle them.
1. Digital Products — No Refunds After Download
- All digital coloring books (PDFs) sold through our website are instant downloads.
- Once the PDF is downloaded or the file link is accessed, the product is considered used, and refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
- We strongly recommend reviewing the product previews, descriptions, and free sample pages (if available) before purchase.
- If you experience technical difficulties receiving or downloading your file, please contact our support team and we will assist promptly.
2. Troubleshooting & Support
If you do not receive your download link or encounter broken links, corrupt files, or any access issues:
- Email us at info@zizinomi.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
- Within 24–48 hours, we aim to provide a new link or a corrected file so you can access your purchase.
We want to ensure you get what you paid for — we just can’t offer full cash refunds once the download has been accessed.
3. Paperback / Print-on-Demand Editions
Because paperbacks are fulfilled through our third-party print-on-demand platform:
- Returns and refunds for paperback orders are subject to the return policies of this third-party platform, not Zizi Nomi directly.
- If you receive a defective or damaged paperback, please follow the platform’s return process and also notify us so we can help with the claim.
4. Policy Changes & Acceptance
- Zizi Nomi reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
- Any changes will be posted on this page with a “Last updated” timestamp.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
